Embracing Opposites, Lifedancing work-shop, Berlin Nov. 15-17

Dear Lifedancers,
In beginning of June I had the honor to participate in a work-shop with Sally Kempton.
Among many powerful practices, she taught us how to embrace opposites in different ways.
For me, that was an important key, and I brought it into my Lifedancing-practice and started to work with it on a regular basis.
I am amazed by the results, and now I have created a Lifedancing work-shop on the topic. Welcome to Berlin, Nov. 15-17!

About Embracing Opposites: Sometimes we get stuck in negative believes about ourselves, others and the world.
Often we try to change those believes with positive thinking and affirmations,
but it seldom works.

Believes cannot be transformed at the same level of consciousness that created them,
so we need to shift our perspective.

Instead of trying to resolve our believes only from our head – the mental level – we dive right into the body.
As we enter this resourceful teacher we will access the complexity of our believes physically, emotionally and energetically.

By breathing, moving and dancing with our believes – internally and externally – we will become more familiar with their content.
Then we invite their opposites and merge the ”positive” with the ”negative” in playful practices.
This often creates healthy confusion, expansion and spaciousness around our believes.
And when we bring our believes back to the head, we might be surprised!

Embracing opposites is an effective and creative way to work with opposites, contradictions and paradoxes.
Inner conflicts can be understood in a deeper way – and even totally transformed.
Lifelong dramas can finally come to end.
